1. How do I order?

The way to order* is to email me at becolourful21@gmail.com with the following particulars and in following format:

1. Item’s Name: (which is the post's heading)

2. Item’s Name:
Total Price:

Name:

Address:

Mailing Option: For the first item or the only item, Registered Mail will be @ $2.00 and Normal Mail will be @ $1.00. Every subsequent items will be charged at $0.50.

Total Payment:

*This is the only way as if there are 2 or more buyers interested in the item, the first one who send in her order will get the item first.

2. How do I pay you?

The payment can be done only through ATM transfer. I only accept transfers from DBS and POSB. Further details will be sent to you via email once I received your order.

The full amount (price of clothes and postal fees) should be transferred to my account within 3 days (starting from the time I confirm your order) to secure your order. If the transaction is not complete, the items will be released and sold to the next interested customer.

Dead buyers will be banned and blacklisted.

3. How will my clothes get to me?

The cost of the delivery will have to be borne by you. You can choose normal mail at the fee of $1.00 or registered mail at the fee of $2.00 and this fee will apply to the first item only. Every subsequent item will be charged at $0.50.

I strongly recommend registered mail as SingPost provides a tracking number for you to keep on eye on your package.

I do not offer overseas delivery and meet ups are only done at my convenient.

4. Can I exchange or refund my items?
I'm sorry, no exchange/refund will be allowed. Thus, ask me all questions before hand. Do not hesitate to ask as I am willing to answer. (:

5. Can you offer me discount given if I buy more?
Well... If you ask I might throw in a good deal. (: Discounts will be given based on the type of clothes and amt bought.
