Still here! Still here + Diet Tips

Well I am still around if you are still dropping by...

I have not been updating as much as I want to as I have been meeting up with people and when you meet people, you meet at a cafe/ restaurant where there is tons of food which you can't resist to order and which in return will turn to calories that will turn into fats (and also you will realise your wallet on the other hand is getting lighter).

Haa... Decs and Jans are months where the wine flows endlessly and there is always plenty of food around every corner. However ...

REMEMBER TO CONTROL YOUR INTAKE OF FOOD! Before you regret that extra pounds that would be evident once you step onto the bathroom scale (or when you felt your jeans getting tighter).
